PURPOSE.

It's a loaded word, right? But in order to build a community on a solid foundation, it's vital that you think about your purpose. This might sound simple but it’s important to really spend some time diving deep into what your goals are and what purpose this group is going to serve to its members. Having a specific focus for your group gives people a reason to care. Those end goals become the driving force for everything you do within your community.
